Dr. Drouin and his staff were amazing. They were very patient and informative during my appointments.
Had another great experience with Dr. Drouin when I needed an impacted wisdom tooth removed. Very caring and thorough oral surgeon!
Visited Dr Drouin following an accident that resulted in the loss my 2 front teeth. He created a repair plan in conjunction with my other doctors to maximize the cosmetics of the 2 new implants. Which he then was able to clearly lay out the implant process and expected timeline to myself. Him or one of his staff members made a follow up call both the evening of1 the procedure and the next to verify there were no issues and to answer any questions.
I went in to have a cyst removed from my gum, and Dr. Drouin was amazing! He was confident and informative, putting me immediately at ease. The surgery went amazingly well, and my recovery was fast!
I went in to get one of my lower wisdom toothe pulled, first time there,...all I can say is that the staff and the doctor deliver a excellent customer experience and a high level of care, thank you
I saw two doctors before doctor Drouin, and he was the only one to finally make me feel comfortable. He totally took care of me. Really appreciate him and the staff.
I CAN ONLY SAY THAT MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. CHAD & HIS COMPLETE STAFF WAS FAR AND ABOVE THE BEST CARE & ATTENTION I COULD BE GIVEN. NOT ONLY WAS ME PROCEDURE PAINLESS BUT THAT NIGHT & I DO MEAN NIGHT CHAD CALL ME TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING. THEN THE VERY DAY, ONE OF THE AIDES ALSO CALLED TO SEE HOW I WAS. UNBELIVELY GREAT EXPERIENCE. DON'T HESITATE TO USE THEM!!!
Dr. Drouin is an excellent surgeon and wonderful human. He and his staff are very professional and friendly. They genuinely care about their patients and work with you to make the experience as painless as possible. They are very informative. The surgery was preformed with great expertise. I highly recommend this office.
