Patient, kind, professional, caring, knowledgable, both Dr. Drouin and his amazing staff can be trusted to provide the best surgical care possible. During my six procedures to remove a granuloma and rebuild my face, they were always available if I had questions or concerns. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

I cant imagine getting your wisdom teeth taken out could ever be, fun, but he made it about as fun as it could be. I screwed up and drank water before my appointment, so i was conscious (but very high) the whole time. He does his own anesthesia, and in the middle of performing surgery, he just casually mentioned how we needed to turn the laughing gas off in a few minutes. it was just a nice little reminder as he chopped my mouth up that he knew was he was doing and really helped me to relax ?

Dr. Drouin was knowledgeable, friendly, and totally unassuming. I came in for a consult, and left the office an hour later without my infected and impacted wisdom tooth after he and his staff helped me decide that I didn't need general anesthesia. He called me that night personally to check on me and his staff was incredibly friendly and professional. THIS is the type of doctor you want. I wish there were more like him. Could not recommend him enough.

Very knowledgeable and great with anxiety patients. Super helpful and always willing to ease your mind even with the smallest question.

While sitting in chair he said growth was probably ok. Asked if removed would insurance cover it. Assistant left and came back and said yes and you would only pay 110. Later found out not true and we ended up paying 800. Looks as if say anything for the $. Later asked to talk with him and was told the only way you can talk to him is to mske an appointment.
