These are nice... (Verified Renter) These are nice apartments but dated and need renovation which I see is happening. However the high increase in rent is very hard on tenants like myself on a fixed income. My biggest problem is how there is no sound barrier between floors. I live on the third floor and I can hear everything the guy above me does. It wakes me up and it?s very loud.

I recommend this... (Verified Renter) I recommend this community frequently to my friends and family! I love how comfortable and safe I feel in this complex. I love that the Williamson County SO do drive throughs to show a safe presence here also!
