These are nice... (Verified Renter) These are nice apartments but dated and need renovation which I see is happening. However the high increase in rent is very hard on tenants like myself on a fixed income. My biggest problem is how there is no sound barrier between floors. I live on the third floor and I can hear everything the guy above me does. It wakes me up and it?s very loud.

Covid has definitely... (Verified Renter) Covid has definitely been an issue, and I totally understand the hardships that covid has caused. It seems that since Glenhaven took over, there are some challenges with keeping the grounds clean. Trash is always scattered around the trash bins and the gates are never closed. When I go for a walk around the community there is trash and dog poop everywhere. The paint is peeling off of our front doors and really needs to be repainted. The swimming pool has been a disaster!
