Nice and quiet... (Verified Renter) Nice and quiet most of the time, very clean except for certain dog owners not cleaning up.
Only concern/ complaint... (Verified Renter) Only concern/ complaint is that the entire community is almost always out of poop bags, therefore there are lots of poop piles lying around. Ask the maintenance men often and they say they weren't ordered or we hope to get some soon.... even after more than 4 weeks without any.
Great Experience I was so impressed with Justin and the staff at Marquis. They worked hard to get me in an apartment even within 24 hours. They are all very friendly and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking. Thank you again Justin for being so efficient and kind!
Great I have been here for less than a year but love it so far. Any issues I have are taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is friendly. They are pricey but if you want to live in this area I guess it's to be expected. I do have a little of a hard time finding parking but not a big deal.
Star Ranch Luxery Apartments Beautifully constructed, landscaped, providing multiple choices of floorplans and amenities. Gives you a peaceful, secure and welcoming atmosphere to call home. Beautiful golf course for those who truly enjoy this activity with Golf Club as an added plus. Apartments are well maintained and comfortable. Come home to Star Ranch!
New resident review We love the size of the unit. The grounds are well kept. Pool area could be monitored better (residents leaving cigarette butts, garbage, use of glass). Maintenance needs to get it right the first time. 2-3 attempts to fix the weather stripping on the front door. Replaced motor of AC unit and it still is very loud (needs new belts/bearings). Front office is pleasant and works with us.
