Times have changed Wow have times changed. 3 years ago I gave a 5 star rating, not so much as 1 star now. I have been here about 8/9 years. this by far has been the worst last year or so. The elevator has been broken over 35 days. The story we were told is the part is on back order. So there is not ONE part in the whole world with the part that is needed? Elevators been broke over 30 days They don't seem concerned about those who are VERY PREGNANT, elderly and/or have mobility issues that have to take the stairs. Now ppl have to spend unnecessary money to have essentials/ groceries delivered because their mobility won't allow them to carry them up the stairs. Their story is NOBODY in this world has the part, it is on back order. But im sure they are more concerned about having the landscaping company come out twice a week to cut grass that barely grows. elevators are out once a month Yet again our elevators went out this month. Always seems to be at the most inopportune time. They were down for about 3 days this time.

Do not live... (Verified Renter) Do not live on the 3rd or 4th floor due to the elevator being out too frequently. If you have a disability as I do, try to get a 1st floor apartment.

Horrible office This property is very well taken care of. It’s the office staff that is just horrible! The women in the office are rude and unprofessional and need to learn what customer service is! They also closed the office for hours during “lunch”… guess they don’t care to work for 2-3 hours middle of day!
