great location and all that you need The motel is great - just what you need if you are looking for a home base to return to after being out and experiencing all glenwood has to offer. it's nothing fancy but the rooms are clean, the staff is lovely, the included breakfast is all you need - and you can walk to the adventure park, downtown, the hot springs and other restaurants right around the block. Swimming in Glenwood It was a room to spend the night. It was fine for the time spent there. Complimentary continental breakfast was good and a variety of offerings.
One night stay after getting in on the train and spending time at the Glenwood Springs Adventure Park. Beds were super comfortable and nice to have a fridge. The breakfast was disappointing...only two cereals, yogurt, donuts and waffles. Good location for us but a hit of a walk for anyone wanting to shop downtown.
Acceptable room, nice view and staff We were in an upstairs room (with a nice view!) and there was about an inch to an inch and a half step down at the doorway with no warning. I stumbled once and was glad I didn't drink because being extra unsteady could have been very dangerous. The fabric softener or detergent was extremely strong smelling. I miss having a coffee maker in the room but it seems more and more common that they don't have them.
Close to hot springs Clean for the price, needs updating and better beds and pillows.
Quaint, well kept place. I would visit again.
Location is what gives this Inn it's appeal Pros: Location and really great staff Cons: bathrooms - the 60's-70's tile and salmon tub/toilet are just not happening Location: one word, perfect! While the place was clean and comfortable, staff excellent, and the location PERFECT, the bathrooms could be updated for the entire experience to be improved.
