As clean as it gets Pros: Cleanliness, location Cons: Better breakfast facility and better choice of TV stations. Location: Great location from which to undertake the major activities the town has to offer - all within an easy walk of the motel (no more than 10 minutes). The motel is old and dated, but it has a reputation for cleanliness which is obvious when you walk into your room. The rooms are well-kept and the plumbing still works fine. Good location. Comfortable beds The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was OK. The continental breakfast was typical but there were a couple of homemade treats that made it nice. The location was great!
Glenwood do you good. .. Close to springs. Great people
Just ok, but barely. Pros: The room was clean and there was a fridge and microwave. Cons: The professionalism could be improved. The room was clean but I had to ask for towels and cups both days we stayed there. The staff was sparse, office was unattended twice when I needed to go ask for towels. The staff was friendly when I spoke with them but it didn't seem like it mattered that we were there or not. I feel like we should have paid less than what I did for the service and professionalism I received.
Good Night's Sleep The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are clean, everything was in working order, and the beds are very comfortable. Got a great night's sleep when we stopped for the night on our way further west.
Great service - Dirty rooms. Family owned. Great customer service. Small breakfast selection. The bathroom was dirty. Dirt was on top of toilet and in tub. Toilet seat was broken.
Reasonable room for the price! Very good room for the price we paid. There wasn't a front desk staff at times, but overall we had a good stay.
Family Vacation It was our first time in Glenwood Springs and what a wonderful place it is. This little motel was wonderful. They have some updating that is going on right now however I would not let that stop you from staying there. What a wonderful place it was!
Good location Pros: Location and large room Cons: Breakfast and dated decor Location: The motel is near downtown and major attractions Our room was large and comfortable. We missed having a coffee pot in the room, but the staff lent us one. The breakfast is token and best taken to the room.
