Good room, bad wifi Overall, it was a decent motel. I had two main issues with the stay. The first, and biggest one was that the wi-fi was absolutely horrendous. None of our devices would stay connected for more than 30 seconds. Then when they were connected, it would take five or six tries to load a page. The other issue was that they were understaffed. However, I think the entire city was understaffed, as we saw help wanted signs at every place we visited.
Great location, welcoming staff Owner picked us up when bus dropped us outside of town.
Great value, clean and comfortable Pros: The location was great. The room was nice a big, it didn't feel like this family of four was always bumping in to each other. Cons: Water pressure was a little on the weak side in the shower. Location: We had a great time at the Glenwood Springs Caverns and Adventure Park. We stumbled on it and had a blast! Glenwood Springs Gem Excellent hotel. Owners and staff were very pleasant, and room was beyond clean. Overall condition and cleanliness of the room outranked some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Linen smelt wonderfully fresh, and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Glenwood Springs. In walking distance to all the attractions.
Exceeded my expectations The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was great! My only bit of negativity was the shower head was shooting out little water at a high pressure, so it was not an enjoyable experience. For the price point, I felt like it exceeded my expectations.
Everything i would expect, plus friendly service It had everything i would have expected from an average motel/hotel... limited continental breakfast, typical comfort of bed and feel of room. plently clean with aroma of laundry detergent from bedding. temperature controls worked well. hotel staff was plenty friendly & felt more like local business than commercial, which was nice. conveniently located to main attractions - between two major attractions 7 w/in walking distance.
