Clean, economical room at a convenient location. Pros: Price, size, cleanliness Cons: Notthing, keep up the good work. Location: Close to the hot springs, easy access to the ski resort as well as the interstate. This is a great mom & pop motel with modern appliances which is clean, economical, and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it.
Be Prepared The pictures online are so warm! This is not a "hotel" it's a motel. Knowing that, I still would've booked but would have been more prepared mentally for the stay. BARE MINIMUM. The room was clean, and that's the most important thing. I met the staff by walking into their kitchen that had a "lobby" sign above it, so that was awkward. Great for Aspen/Snowmass Ski Stayed just one night. This motel is close to downtown Glenwood Springs, in a very convenient location. If you're skiing in Aspen/Snowmass, it's about an hour drive to any of those ski resorts. The best part is that there's several restaurants and shops in downtown Glenwood Springs, with better food and prices than in Aspen. Comfortable Stay Great for a short stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful (walking distance to shops and food). The front office closes at 11pm and doesn't re-open until 7am, I hadn't anticipated this, so I am lucky I got there at 10:30pm. Be aware of this. The heating/air unit was very noisy. It didn't disturb my sleep, however if I had been there with someone else it would have been slightly annoying to have a conversation over that thing!
