Great Bargain Our room was small and really chilly when we arrived, but heated up fast. No lock on the bathroom door, and as a mom with 3 little boys that would have been nice. The outside door was difficult to unlock. If you're staying here for the continental breakfast, look elsewhere. There is no waffle maker- really just o.j., bad coffee, and store bought muffins and danishes. CLEAN!! and very comfy- walking distance to everything Location: All of downtown Glenwood Springs is extremely walkable, beautiful and safe. There are many small shops and restaurants to discover. We took Amtrak from the San Francisco Bay Area (get a sleeper!!), and spent four days, which was a perfect amount of time to explore the town. Basic and comfortable
Great for the price range The hotel is a little older but a solid pick for a two star hotel. The cleanliness level was excellent. It is located in a central location close to everything downtown and the freeway access.
Value priced. The room was older but very clean. The management most pleasant - good continental breakfast. Not fancy but I wasn't looking for a five-star!
Glenwood Motor Inn We were looking for a bargain place to stay in Glenwood. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but decided to try it. The room was clean and comfortable. We rested fine and had no problems. The furniture and facility are worn but useable. I would stay here again and I do feel it was worth what I paid.
