The room was fine. The staff was not. When I checked in the lady asked me “How many people are gonna be in the room” and I said “5 people” and she proceeded to tell me “How are you going to fit 5 people on 2 queen size beds?” 1) I paid the Inn for 5 people to stay in that room 2) It is none of her business how we were going to fit 5 people in 2 queen size beds (we fit just fine)

When we first entered our room, everything appeared to be clean. However when I checked the bathroom I noticed the toilet and shower floor was not cleaned enough. Also they have a crazy policy if you happen to stain their towels, they charge you extra. That is the first time I have ever heard of that. The heater worked pretty good, however it can be loud at times. The best thing about this hotel is the location, close to everything. I probably would not stay here again.

If you are a light sleeper this is not the place to stay the heater air-conditioner was very loud kept going off and on all night in the mattress was not very comfortable

Overpriced for what you get Pros: Location. Cons: Blackout curtains installed, better pillows, new carpet, get rid of old smell, updated shower/tub, lower price. Location: Glenwood Springs hot springs, great downtown area for eating, beautiful town for a weekend getaway. This budget hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the room smelled old. The place stays in the 70s. Beds squeaky , bath towels have yellowish spots. Bathroom window broken. Bath tub has yellowish mark. The room smell the dirty dog.
