I’m speechless. That’s all I have to say. I’m so dismayed about their service. It’s so unbelievably wrong.
No hot water in the room. The person staying above us stomped around until 11pm and then early the next morning. Could hear every foot step.

The AC was not working properly. It was tripping after few mins of running. The room was stuffy and hot. We couldn’t sleep because of that.

The room given was next to the metal steps, lots of noise, and backed up to the playground, lots of noise. Not very clean
