Do not recommend From the start, parking is not great. Lots of rundown car's. AC never got below a comfortable point. Lots of upstairs noise, street and a park behind the room with lots of underage drinking and loud music. The towels, throughout the room, we're so worn and they stressed more about not using their amazing towels for anything outside of the room or you will incur additional fees. Glenwood Springs Inn I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I found a bug in my bed, and when I reported it to the front desk, I was told that it was “normal during this time of year.” I was shocked by the lack of concern and the unprofessional response from the staff. Instead of offering to help or resolve the situation, they simply dismissed it as something I should expect. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Nothing like the pictures. Just a budget square box with bathroom that’s it. Zero sleep listenedto the adjacent rooms tv and snoring all night because walls are paper thin. This is a very lightly remodeled 70’s style roadside place to crash nothing more. And in the reviews everyone was bragging about the breakfast and when we walk down to the little building in the middle of the complex it smelt like great food cooking then we realized that’s a restaurant that belongs to somebody else right in the middle of the parking lot a... read more
