The receptionist and the manager are very rude, un polite and lack of professionalism.

The beds were very hard,there were 4 of us and only 3 towels for showers. Walls were super thin and can hear everything next door.the breakfast was sub par,they had no bottled water for the breakfast, not even water in a jug,the owner said you have to get the water from the tap,or sink,it was not even filtered. The good things here was the rooms we're clean but very small.to the owner,please spend some $ and get comfortable mattresses, it felt like i was sleeping on the floor the bed was so hard.out of all the conveniences t... read more

Very nice! On the road trip I have been on so far only booking the cheapest hotels this was bay far the nicest. Also went to iron moutain hot springs. They have a disocunt at the hotel! I didn't know that and had booked the reservation for the hot springs before.

The front desk girl was very good, friendly, kind, and respectful; however, our room was not cleaned on any of our three nights.

I would have liked a better breakfast, such as eggs, turkey bacon, oatmeal, etc. Healthier breakfast. Nit very many options in the area for healthy breakfast.

The site was good, close to where we wanted to be. The bed however was not good, hard and springs were close to the surface. Worst hotel bed I've had in years.
