Hotel staff was very rude didn't inform me of a pet fee when checked in the charged me 20 the day I checked out.

We always strive to offer the best customer services to all of our guests. We have a very clear sign at check in to inform us of any pets you have and there is a fee if we find a pet in the room which was not reported. Pet fees are written in the Expedia website for our property under fees. We truly want everyone to have a great stay but if you have pets you need to report them to front desk.
Gross When I checked in I barely got a hello and it seemed to be an inconvenience that I was there at 10pm even though the desk doesn't shut until 11pm. There were a lot of noisy people upstairs which was more upsetting after realizing the a/c unit would cut out after every few minutes since the sound was a nice distraction. Then to top it off my sheets were dirty with random stains. It's a cheap hotel so I didn't expect much, but I have no clue how they have received good ratings. We apologize for the the noisy, we do have a policy that it is peace and quiet time after 10 pm and we do enforce the policy, please we encourage everyone to report of any noise to front office so that we can enforce this rule, we do have an after hours line to call us if anything happens after 11 pm. We always strive to keep our sheets the cleanest possible and if you would have called the front office we would have addressed this matter immediately.
3 day stay Pros: it's located in a beautiful city with lots of fun things to do Cons: reception attitude we felt as though we were imposing, Location: we took a fantastic ride down the Colorado river, the vauderville dinner & comedy show was excellent, good restaurant choices. spent most of time away so when we came back to relax a really small tv with only a couple of channels mostly advertisement . had trouble getting hot water

Don't stay here. This place was nasty and run down. We actually paid to stay sone where else because the condition was so poor.

Glenwood Springs Inn 1 night stay Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING. Location: Everything about the mountains in Colorado are great. But that has nothing to do with the Hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. I realize it's a "resort area" but the time we were there wasn't close to any resort thing happenings. Way way to expensive. We have a great continental breakfast in the conference building on the property from 7 am to 10 pm. Coffee, bagels, waffles, fruit, yogurt and pastries. We are sorry if you felt the price was too high, when traveling during the summer months, prices do go up in Glenwood Springs. Also any issues with the room we encourage all guests to let the front office know so we can address any problems.

Underwhelmed The only thing this place has going for it is the location, you are within walking distance to the amusement park and downtown. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke. I would only stay here again if there was nothing else available.
So/so The staff was rude and the continental breakfast was lacking.
