Just incredible, the quality is surprisingly good
We switched our business over from a traditional PBX to RingCentral and have been very happy. We have a blend of physical ethernet phones, softphones that run on our computers with webcams and speakers, and mobile devices. Some users use mobile only. The speaker option does not work well lately, customers a hear garbled broken conversation which makes the app useless if I can't drive and talk on speaker. Also things are quirky if I'm switching between calls. Thanks
I love that the mobile app has all the same functionality of the desktop app. The ability to move a meeting or phone call from my desktop app to my mobile app and back seamlessly is fantastic. Being able to make changes to the phone system admin console from the app is a game changer. This app allows me to stay connected from the road and keep my personal life (cell phone) separate. The recent addition of virtual backgrounds in RCV meetings on the mobile is really cool.
