A little complex
I've had limited time with it, but the phone system seems to work well. A real competitor to Cisco products. I'm happy to have a texting feature with RingCentral.
I've had RingCentral for my business and home phones. It has provided me with all I need for phone service, including a fax line and video conferencing. I have found the video conferencing very easy to use and participants don't have to download any software and have very little trouble connecting. Since I do private online education for embroidery digitizing, it is great that both I and my participants can share our screen as necessary. Very user friendly
Great APP ...we use for business. Ability to set up groups, and communicate video or chat is superb. One other feature I really like is the bookmark ability so you have it for a quick reference anytime (wish it allowed you to categorize it as it would be easier to find topics)
