Great product... The only negative is if you do not have a strong wifi connection tge phones calls can be spotty or not work at all BUT that is not a Ring Central issue thats a wifi issue!

I only use the fax service and I love it. I can read my faxes on my laptop or my phone. If I misplace a fax I dont have to have it resent, I cam simply reprint even months later.
