It works well for the job I do. I am a Private Investigator and mostly text. Sometimes texts from others comes in jumbled up & I have to read it like a puzzle but that's a fun challenge I think. Also, there have been A LOT of updates lately and that is troublesome to me

This is the only service I would like to use from now on. I love the ability to change what callers hear whenever I want. I also love being able to read voice-mail as text. RingCentral has been very good to me. They even helped me with porting my number and any questions that I have 24/7. I highly recommend RingCentral to anyone looking to make a good impression for business or personal phone calls.

sometimes call QTY is bad, person can't hear me, and there is delay and audio artifacts. audio can be very quiet sometimes
