Great app. I would recommend & what makes it a great app is it is very easy to navigate, you can send direct messages instantly & RingCentral will send you a transcribed email with the audio attached for their voice mail. I highly recommend this for businesses with remote employees or for personal use, it's great!!!

Mostly a good app, but some functionality for things that are common are not in the app. For instance if you forward phone to a coworker your phone will still get the voicemail if call isn't picked up by phone forwarded to. Seems really dumb, when you are forwarding you phone for a reason. Please fix ASAP
