Mostly a good app, but some functionality for things that are common are not in the app. For instance if you forward phone to a coworker your phone will still get the voicemail if call isn't picked up by phone forwarded to. Seems really dumb, when you are forwarding you phone for a reason. Please fix ASAP

Good but no way to split volume and vibrate on mobile app. Means if you are on a normal call then a call comes in from ring Central all you can hear is it vibrating. Solution below doesn't work the vibrate and sound is combined and will need to be separated out developer end

Much better than my last service provider! Being able to keyword search text messages was huge for me.

I am using another platform for my calls along with this but Ringcentral is by far better. however, I do not know if there is but I think there should be in the dashboard settings an option to enable or disable all calls .
