I've recently noticed when a call comes through via the app (someone calls my direct RC ext. or DID) I cannot press the volume down button to silence or lower the volume of the incoming call ring if I do not want to answer the call but not listen to it ring until VM picks up. I though this worked in the past.

Hi Aaron, thanks for reporting this. Our mobile team has logged a ticket for it to be fixed. In the meantime, as a workaround to solve: you'll need to turn off the Bluetooth headset (Beta) toggle under Settings - Phone.

App in design and functionality is fine. But notifications are EXTREMELY delayed. I did everything I could on my phone to disable any kind of battery optimizations and notifications still get sent some 30 minutes later.
