Lux is simply different. If you prefer great customer service, actually people that care to educate and inform you of the tanning process and best/safe options, then Lux spa on Lemmon is the place for you. I originally went just because of the online site. It's impressive. But it pales in comparison to the actual experience. I love LUX, and Raymond is the best! The beds are amazing and the customer service is impeccable. Hands down the best place to tan in Dallas!

Paul and Tyler were MORE than helpful! I was trying to get a base tan before my beach wedding and they made the process super easy, and they helped me make the right decision for exactly what I was looking for! They even helped me find the right tanning lotion for me, and better yet, they hold onto your (complimentary) tanning goggles and lotion for you so you don't have to worry about forgetting it! Would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a nice, clean tanning salon with amazing customer service, this is your place!

We went in to tan here for the 1st time and we were greeted with a glass of champagne along with excellent customer service! The ambience here is great and everything we could want and more! Evan explained all of the products and let us smell them before making our decisions. He was great with answering all of our questions and even though we were the last group to arrive before closing he didn't try to rush us off...he actually was very welcoming. After trying so many other franchise tanning brands, LUX was pretty awesome. Desing, prices, service and knowledge of Devin were impressive ! This place should be awarded.. They for sure earned my business ! I will be getting tan here forever. Dont forget to ask your for your free bottle of water !

I am so happy I found this place! I walked in and Tyler was so welcoming and friendly! Honestly this is best customer service I have ever received!!! He was very knowledgable about all the beds and products! The beds are really amazing and up to date! I would definitely recommend this tanning salon to anyone!

LUX is a much more upscale experience than other tanning establishments! The spa is very luxurious, not to mention stylish and clean. While all of the staff provide excellent customer service, THOMAS takes it to the next level with a brand of courtesy, manners and professionalism that has been mostly lost in this day and age.

LUX is fantastic! Latest technology in beds along with outstanding customer service from Tyler and Amy. Amy is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the beds and what works best for you. Parking is much easier than Darque Tan and Palm Beach in Uptown. Highly recommend!!

LUX is great!! I don't tan on a regular basis but tend to before a vacation. Not only is this place completely spotless no matter when you arrive, the staff is extraordinary and might I say uber attractive! What more do you need? Oh maybe a glass of champagne while you wait... Yep they offer that as well. Run... don't walk if you're wondering whether to try this place. You won't be disappointed I promise!
