I first went to the other location where I had an incredible experience with Noah. This time, I decided to go to the Highland Park location. The brunette woman working was extremely rude & unwelcoming. She gave me a very dirty look & never smiled once. She made me feel uncomfortable & unwelcome. Very unfortunate after such a great first experience. This location is closer to me in uptown but it may be worth driving to the other
Their website advertises one free complimentary session, and a friend of mine and I had a formal coming up and figured we'd try a free spray tan to see if we liked the place. It looks very nice inside, we walked in and told her we were there for a complimentary session. She told us that instead of the $45 spray tan, we could split six for only $100. Horrible experience. best thing there is The champagne......My husband and I went here on MAY 12th with there free coupon that they offered on their website that turned into they will waive the activation fee. And all we have to pay was $17 each and we wouldn't have to pay any thing until june 15 which would've been $118 each The girl working (vary friendly) said that gives as a whole month to try it out and if we did not like it just give them a week or so ahead of time before the billing date of JUNE 15th.....turns out. AWFUL customer service!!! Tricked me into a contract membership continuously and keep charging my card even though I have called more than a dozen times and spoken to the owner about the situation because I haven't even tanned there during the months they have been charging. Definitely DO NOT recommend. The beds may be nice but it is not worth the rude, unintelligent employees, and the money scam.
Not accommodating to customer needs. Packages are inflexible and there was no desire to try to get a new customer.
Really lovely place, fantastic, friendly customer service, state of the art equipment in a spotless environment. HOWEVER, the good old BAIT & SWITCH is in operation in this place. Get your free tan coupon from the website, go in, get the tour and IF YOU BUY a membership or package, your free tan is worth them waving the $35.00 activation fee, NOT a free tan after all. NOT NICE, & a wasted trip for me.
