DO NOT GO HERE this is the worst tanning salon ever!! They are so rude. You will turn orange and streaky. I was promised I would not look orange and I woke up looking like an Oompa Loompa and steaks up my arm from the spray tan booth. It took me a week and a half to scrub this horrible and embarrassing tan off. I felt so ugly with this tan! Save your money and go somewhere else!
Tan was so bad. I looked dirty as the tan flaked off. Liked the gal who worked there. She was nice.
I stopped by LUX today to see about a spray tan for an upcoming trip to St. Barth's and the attendant did not greet me, did not discuss options, was surly, and unsmiling. You can get a spray tan in any number of places in Dallas. Go someplace where they are friendly and welcoming. That's not LUX.
Didn't honor everything they told me k would get in a membership. Originally they said I would get one free spray tan a month with my membership. When I tried to get the spray tan, they said that wasn't apart of my membership.
I've been to the Addison location and had a great experience. This location is closer to my house so I decided to go here despite the reviews on classpass because I needed to get in and didn't have time to drive to Addison (Did not use classpass for this spray tan). One word to describe my experience is AWFUL. I thought maybe the reviews about the staff were possibly during busy times but I definitely understand what the reviews were saying. They did offer me champagne which I thought was a nice gesture. The gentleman at the front desk was really not pleasant to interact with. He also had a friend visiting him just sitting there talking to him the entire time, which came off a very unprofessional. I get a spray tan every week, but my usual location was booked this week so I went here. I did the Versa and I hated it. The color came out unnatural and the barrier cream they provide for your hands and feet is horrible. Not a good tan or tanning experience.
They charged me $90 for a $50 bottle of tanning oil . On top of that charged me $118.80 to tan for 1 month it's WAY over priced compared to other salons . & the girl that works the front desk is a rude c*nt & refused to let me cancel my membership
Rude staff. All they care about is you purchasing a membership and if they don't they act like you're not good enough to ~be in their presence~. Also they just raised they're prices .. for what, a spray tan machine that's left side nozzles don't even work and leaves you with a janky tan? This place is overrated.
I was happy that they were able to take me same day. However, I felt very rushed and after looking at reviews, was not offered anything for my time in there... no towel, no drink, etc. I've done spray tans monthly at my other place and this was the worst! I literally almost cried when I saw my legs the next day and I had an event... I ended up having to change my dress to a longer one to hide the unevenness.
