Update: the owner reached out to let me know they fixed the website. The tan turned out nicely. Amending to 4 stars. It's my birthday this weekend and I wanted to get a spray tan. After a quick google search I stumbled across LUX - it's close to my apartment and has good reviews. I've never done a machine spray before, but because of the LUX "free pass" policy listed on the website, I decided to give it a go. Collin and Tyler are amazing! They offer amazing customer service and really work to figure out your timeline and what you need to get out of your tanning sessions in order to help figure out what package works best for you.
This was my first experience at a tanning salon and WOW was it a fantastic (and relaxing) experience. Patrick and Collin were both extremely helpful in walking me through the various package plans and a tour through the salon, as well as the ins and outs of using a tanning bed. I can't wait to come here again! Thank you!!!
Tyler is super sweet. Collin too! Everyone really. They have the best staff and equipment/tanning services. Greeted with finest customer service and accommodations every single time. #boujieAF I wouldn't tan anywhere else. :)
This place is exactly as advertised: high end experience, helpful staff and ultra tight results for spray tanning. High reco's for this place.
I love that everything here is "high end". I tried the one in Dallas years ago and I liked it, but I ultimately ended up going to Glo Sun Spa in Coppell (they're phenomenal and I still pop in now and then). I finally signed up at the LUX in Addison and I am so SO happy!
Fun friendly atmosphere with no wait compared to others. Raymond and Thomas are always knowledgeable about the product and services to customize my experience for a perfect tan.
Thomas is very profesh! I opened a membership in 2017 and have never received anything but great spray tans (never orange) and customer service. Sales are never pressuring. A beverage is usually always offered, long wait times are rare.
