I have tanned at many different places and Lux tanning spa surpasses all others without question. Thomas was so nice and took his time giving a spa tour and made us feel like VIPs! The spa itself is super clean and luxurious. I would highly recommend LUX over all others.

Best customer service I've experienced at any tanning salon is Dallas! Patrick, the GM, answered my call 10 min till closing and said he'd stay open if we swung by right at 9 (closing time). Not only did he take us, he wasn't just trying to get us in and out - he gave us the full experience and ensured we were happy with the tans! THANK YOU PATRICK!!
I LOVED LUX! Blaze was exceptionally helpful in picking out a package to help me prep for my 25th birthday weekend. Their product from A to Z is fantastic - starting with a free water or champagne, to cold eucalyptus towels, to top notch products and staff. I just found my new favorite tanning salon in Dallas!
After going to another tanning spa in Dallas for forever, I decided to try Lux because it is right down the street from me. BEST place ever. The service was amazing and the place was SO clean. They also include a second round of spray for your legs for free! AND they give you complimentary champagne. This will be my go to spot for spray tans from now on! Awesome place.
Had to get a tan for a show. Had never tried a spray tan and was afraid of turning orange. Tyler talked me through everything and the results were great. The place was clean and I felt very comfortable with the entire process.
After a pale winter, Tripp warmly welcomed us back, set us up, guided us in safely beginning the process to a healthy glow! Highly recommend this spa for non-aggressive, professional, and complete care for skin. Thank you, Tripp!
My experiences at LUX are always pleasant. The staff is friendly, the beds and spa itself are clean. Blaze was great helping me select a membership, and made signing up easy and fun. I highly recommend LUX Tan!
I wouldn't recommend tanning anywhere else! I have had memberships at PBT and Planet Tan before... Haven't experienced a salon that even comes close to this place. Cold eucalyptus towels and complimentary champagne! I have the level 3 membership and I am seeing major results after just two sessions. Special thanks to Raymond for his patience and amazing customer service!!
