Tanning beds are great quality and building is very clean, but I was anxious every time I walked into bed tan. The staff is so incredibly pushy about upgrading your package, doing an extra service while you're there even if you just want to do one, buying a more expensive lotion, etc. I ended my membership because I always left feeling bad about my constant "no thank you's", that I could not just come in and relax with the service I was paying for, and felt as if/was told the products I bought (on a college budget) were not... read more
The only positive thing I have to say is that Charlie was the sweetest lady to work with. She was extremely patient and did great multitasking. After reading the "terms and policy agreement" I was extremely displeased with the company standards and did not agree to sign up. I did however pay a pro-rate amount for two days of use for the month that does need to be refunded because management had not trained Charlie on how to refund anything and when called on the phone she refused to walk Charlie through it and informed her t... read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had a bad experience here a few days ago. A worker named Chloe I believe was very rude and not welcoming. She always seems to have an attitude anytime I come into this location. When I was not interested in buying a product from her, she seemed frustrated and no longer seemed engaging. She may have been having a bad day, but I hope this encourages the staff to have better customer service.

Don't get this membership if you plan to spray tan. I have been three times in 2 weeks and each time the spray tan machine stops halfway through. I have gotten a singular successful spray tan this entire month with my $80/month membership. I don't understand why they offer spray tans when they cannot maintain the machines. Went in for my first time to try it out, took 2 minutes to sign the waiver. The salon was empty and i was excited for my experience in a new tanning place considering i've worked at one myself. The short blonde working proceeded to completely disregard my existence when i went back to return the ipad and get a spray tan going. this place is so overrated. all of my friends come here and i was excited to come try a spray tan at open house. they told me the wait was 45 min and i have been sitting here for 2 hours. they are letting people go in front of me and every time i go up to ask where i am in line another person gets ahead of me. i am seriously so disappointed in this place and will not be returning. i can't express how angry i am and no one has even apologized to me. horrible customer service.

Very disappointed in the lack of training Glo Tanning gives their customer service reps and the management of the company altogether. My daughter went in for a spray tan and told the rep she did NOT want a membership when Hannah, the rep, tried to upsell it to her. She told her that she could get 4 spray tans for one rate so my daughter said she would do that but little did she know the rep placed her into a membership which also had an enrollment fee attached to it. User beware of excess charges . Used Sandy Beach once for our vacation prep. Canceled account, but only got refunded one of our account charges. Later we discovered they continued to bill our credit card $5 every month. This has been going on for the past 7 months. We called and they refused to refund the charges stating our account was froze not canceled. For some reason only one of the two accounts were canceled. We had to call guest services. They stated they would "help us out" and refund half the $35 charged.??? WTF??? ... read more

The 3 month minimum contract is not really that convenient. Especially since you have to give 30day notice of when you're stopping. The mystic spray tan isn't always even; versa spa is better but this location doesn't have it. Custom airbrush tans are amazing! They've lasted longer and been more even at this location than any other business I've went to. Always even. Staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating.
