I've tanned here for four years. Spent hundreds of dollars. Would save up my money and pay 300+ upfront (cause I'm college student who has to save up for tanning lol) in order to not sign up for a tan plan membership where they draft monthly. Ending up being charged for tan plan anyway without knowledge. Since they changed drafting companies during this time, the charges didn't draft from my account right away, so I wasn't aware of the charges in order to stop them... Erin, our records show you signed up for a tan plan on 8/19/15 and prepaid for your 9/15/15, 10/15/16 and 11/15/15 drafts upfront. No charges ever showed on your account for those since you prepaid them. There was a note in the system that you were told that your account would draft after the prepayments if you had not cancelled. Your account was drafted on 12/15/15 and 1/15/16.
