This place is honestly AMAZING. my hair stylist gave me a coupon for 2 free services and i did the cocoon and my friend did a blue light facial. I came out feeling so good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. definitely coming back!

Just went in for the first after tanning at another location for years and WOW what a great place. The staff was amazing, the store had so many options and they even had a lot of Spa services that I now can use with my membership for less money then I was spending at another place. The girls were so nice and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and the best part is they let you try the store for free for entire year. Everyone is friendly they take the time to explain all services to you. Great spray and bed tans. I like to use the slim pod also.
Love this location! Staff is always amazing, beds are always clean! You also can't beat their spa services included in their monthly membership. Totally worth it :)
Absolutely love Glo I have been to 3 different locations and I love them all, get the on a monthly plan so you can use all the spa and tanning stuff it's a great deal and I love to go and do multiple things in one visit!
Highland Village location. The wait time to get checked in is ridiculous and once checked in there is additional and usually too long of a wait. They can't keep employees so rarely does everyone working even no what's going on nor do they have the tenacity to run efficiently. Customer service is not a priority with this location ans I tried reaching out to corporate annd got zero resolve or response.I assume rudeness from employees is acceptable. If zero stars existed, that would be my rating.

This place is always so busy, which is great for them. Unfortunately it's so understaffed and the staff that is present has been completely unconcerned with keeping the flow of people serviced. I have given this now several opportunities to see if things could improve but it's just so bad. I've waited over thirty minutes before and had to leave and come back because once placed in a room the machine was out of spray...and the employee said she didn't know if they had any to replenish it. I was a member here for about a year but got so sick of the sales pitch every time I went in for different products. I decided to go back in for a spray tan yesterday and the sales pitches have gotten worse. They would not let me decline the full tour with explanations of the various machines that I have already used several times and then an explanation of about 30 different products, most of which were not even for spray tanning which was what I came in for.
