Just went in for the first after tanning at another location for years and WOW what a great place. The staff was amazing, the store had so many options and they even had a lot of Spa services that I now can use with my membership for less money then I was spending at another place. The girls were so nice and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and the best part is they let you try the store for free for entire year. Everyone is friendly they take the time to explain all services to you. Great spray and bed tans. I like to use the slim pod also.
Love this location! Staff is always amazing, beds are always clean! You also can't beat their spa services included in their monthly membership. Totally worth it :)
Absolutely love Glo I have been to 3 different locations and I love them all, get the on a monthly plan so you can use all the spa and tanning stuff it's a great deal and I love to go and do multiple things in one visit!
Super nice staff, terrible bulb replacement. Bulbs always out and for months. I gave this a whole year hoping it would get better, no such luck. Cancelled my acct., not worth it.

Every girl who works here has a TERRIBLE attitude. They try to oversell even when you already have products & I even got charged multiple times for something I didn't ask for when getting a spray. Couldn't dispute it, but watch out for this location. Don't ask them any questions either because they won't be happy to answer or help whatsoever!

The customer service is a joke. It took me over an hour to cancel my membership and honestly I have serious doubts that it will be canceled!

I have had a top tier membership with this company for over 10 years. In the last year it has quickly become progressively worse. Customer service is no longer a priority for Glotan. The final straw was today. 4 people (employees) standing around and only one can check people in??? Waiting for over 10 minutes with one person to check in is not that uncommon for them anymore. I've been a member here every summer for the last 4 years. When I first joined, everything was great. As each year has passed, the spa machines and spray tan machines seem to struggle. This summer has been the worst with ALWAYS having at least 1 machine down (I have yet to go the last 2 months where everything was working). 2 things I tried to do today would not work.
