Well, the lady I talked to was very nice and helped me a lot. But I have the same problem every month, when I try to pay my bill by phone. I have two policy's and I make one payment. But the computer will only let me make one payment one one policy. This forces me to call for a representative to make a payment and it is so hard to get to a human to talk too.
Professional atmosphere, with very informative agents. They delivered concise information that is easy to interpret in real time.
