Your representative resolved my issue professionally and efficiently.
Representative was very nice but the process and being puton hold multiple times was too long.
I had a lot of questions and they were answered. I was hoping that my claim could be paid since I had the insurance for 8 years . Not having a complete death certificate holds it up for 8-12 weeks. It doesn’t help when you have to pay for a funeral and have to borrow money for it.
Found out what I needed to know. I don't remember the ladies name. She was very nice and efficient too.
