The representative I spoke was very helpful. I understood what I was looking for.
Reps were knowledgeable, professionalism, and worked quickly to address and resolve my requests. Sorry I can’t remember their names; but it was 4 people (2 women and 2 men) on separate days. The 1st female rep took my info and sent me the new papers to move from term to whole life. The 1st male rep helped cancel my term policies, the 2nd female rep helped assign auto pay to my whole life policies; and the 2nd male rep helped make a change reactivating one of my term policy. Great team work and customer service.
