So far so good as for as getting the paperwork I need to fill out a claim for Rider part of my daughter's policy. Now I can't review the result of this claim inquiry until I see the results of the company's decision weather to pay or not to pay after getting all the information and completed from request by Globe Life and accident. As soon as I hear back from company I would love to finish up this review.
Continue hiring intelligent, God loving folks like the young 50 + lady that helped me when I really needed it. Satan works overtime to make easy things difficult and she helped correct the mistake that was made by another employee in May. Again THANKS to the lovely soul. Amen
I contacted customer service and spoke to a person named (Darla) I think. She was very polite and helpful and got my problem solved in a short period of time.
