Not bad but not good. I have to call to make annual payments on individual policies. For the past 3 years I didn’t receive a Bill. If I didn’t make note in my calendar for each policy for the following year, my policies would have lapsed. I keep informing ur workers re/situation but they just don’t get it & don’t follow through!
