My policy was being paid with an autopay program. Unfortunately, my card account was hacked and I had to change the account number. Because payments were not made, I was able to get back on track with a call to Globe.
The agent who I spoke to was so nice, kind, sweet, understanding, and knowledgeable. She took care of everything I needed quickly and accurately.
