RANA Shirer was so formative and let us know the things we were unsure about and calmed my husband down because he tends to get a little heated when it comes to insurance agents trying to sell us more than we need . She was patient and our needs were meant as far as what we’ve been through , his hip replacement surgery and dental work done . I really appreciate her throughout explanations for our insurance plan !
