Adam on finance is horrible had him get very agreeing with me because my banking process took some time although I did put down a 500$ deposit to hold the car he agreed to my banks payment instructions and the day after backed out of the deal I asked him to send my bank a back off letter due to them disbursing a loan to me because Adam agreed to the payment instructions and I got 0 response back horrible dealership should’ve known singed they changed the name and closed the old business 2 years ago
This dealership was not transparent with pricing and unable to handle out of state sales. The staff was helpful but not able to follow through on an out of State sales in a trustworthy way— They may be ok in person at the dealership with haggling.
Pestered with almost incessant calls and texts. Turned me off so much I went to a different dealer and bought a different car
Annoying, pestering texts and calls, very disrespectful
Never provided basic information about car or anything beyond the single photo in ad. Price went up 3K before they even had it on the lot. Car reported as “sold” before it came back from service. Salesperson quickly tried to upsell to more expensive cars. Not a clean customer experience. I had visited this dealer a year ago and the car I was interested in at that time smelled powerfully of marijuana, which was also apparent to my wife. Hot box levels of skunk. Sales staff claimed to be unaware of this.
