Had a hard time communicate with then at first until you tell them you're preapproved already. I noticed on Cargurus that its saying that it has been in 1 accident. They sent me a Carfax Report right away showing it hasnt been in accident. Right before putting a down payment to place it on hold, I purchased a report from AutoCheck and it showed it was in an accident 2 years ago and reported as "severe damage." When I initially contacted the dealer through CarGurus, they emailed me and we scheduled a mutually agreed to date and time for my wife and I to see and test drive the car (a Kia Soul). We arrived on time but were told the car was not there, nor would it be available anytime soon. They asked if we wanted to reschedule, but since it was our only day off from work, this wasn't a possibility. The two sales people seemed completely indifferent and were unapologetic. Accordingly, I, cannot recommend this dealer.
Absolutely terrible, I would walk or take a bus before buying another car from them. Buyer beware unless you are a lucky one who is actually getting a vehicle that isn't loaded with issues. Dishonest as the day is long! The front brakes and rotors were trashed, I needed to drive the truck 500 + miles to get back home but had to stop and get those items repaired because it wasn't safe to drive, especially in the rain. Yes Tacoma one of the most durable trucks on the planet, and held it for 10 days due to the fact they were from out of state. 10 days later vehicle was purchased and on its way to Texas. I didnt talk to the dealer after seeing the Vehicle had bottles inside the car, more likely the car was being used as a transport car or an errand car. The other vehicle next to it also had someones personal belongings in the back seat which does not make sense if you are selling the car.

Not to worry we haven’t let anyone drive off the lot with water bottles as of yet!
Terrible he gave me a quote for my car and I gave him all my information. He was supposed to send me total price of the car and my car's value so I can give it to my bank and never heard back from him again.
dealwr should provide jack for tire instead telling me to go buy one when I am paying lots of money for car turned me off so walked way
dear god they are horrible, gave me attitude, office looks extremely cheap & tacky. they get their cars from auctions so If you're looking for a reliable car I wouldn't recommend them.
The car was not really 100% which was expected for amount of miles it had. Dealer was not willing to negotiate at the time and an offer was mad and they declined. Well the car now is listed for an amount lower than what was offered and I already purchased a car else where.
The salesman was not friendly nor was he willing to barter at all on the car price.

However as can be seen per our page on CarGurus, our vehicles our priced well below the fair market value, hence the reason we cannot give discounts that exceed amounts of $1000. Also will mention prices do not include state sales tax (8.1%) which we do not have control over.
