I purchased a used car from this Dealership online from California. The negotiation process started on June 18, I made deposit on June 19, with the full payment check mailed in and delivered on June 25, and was told the check was deposited on June 26. Then it just took me almost a week to clear the check. The dealer has hold the car for unreasonably long. And finally agreed to ship my car on July 3rd after my pushes. It was originally set to be shipped the week after July 4th. During the purchase, sales was not responsive to... read more

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. We couldn’t find a record of a vehicle purchase under your name, could you please provide the name of the buyer? At Globul Cars, we take all customer concerns seriously and want to make sure we’re addressing the right situation. Feel free to contact us directly so we can look into this further
Rude. Lied. Claimed they told me info they didn't. Said the internet customers will never be important only in store matters. Why is a online dealer supporting them then?
Unethical and shady practices. I just received an email from someone pretending to be the manager, but they forgot to change their email signature. Itâs continues.
Business response:
Would love to know if you actually bought a car from us. Please call 702-409-3000 and ask for Vinnie the GM. Would love nothing more then to discuss you the issue you claim to have!
The car I looked at and showed up to purchase was said to be there but wasn't, I pulled up in a Cadillac looking for a S550 and they tried to get me to go in a Chevy Cruze.
No follow up after first contact.
THE car dealership is the USUAL USED CAR MENTALITY ! Anyway they can take advantage of the customer THEY WILL! I dealt with VINCE whom seems to have a bad memory from one day to the next. A verbal deal was set one day and upon receiving the title for my trade in, the previous verbal deal was forgotten and then the arguing started. The trade in on my PERFECT 2012 Mini Clubman was $2000 TOOOOOO low and their addition of hidden charges made the auto I WAS interested in a 2016 go from 12900 to $15,000. The sales force are predic... read more

Absolute fake review. None of what you’re saying is the truth. Please get off the internet and don’t waste people’s time. You were offered $7000 for your Mini which is higher than KBB. Don’t fabricate information no one offered you $2000. Also your mini was smoking from the exhaust to which we recommended where you can take it to get it repaired. We waited for your title to come in the mail and missed on many customers who were interested in our Mini which you were 100% getting and gave your word. Our mini is priced at 12900... read more
What a terrible experience. I called and no one answered. I emailed them and told them I was very interested in the car but some of their listed feautures were incorrect. It said car had carbon ceramic brakes and also was listed as a moonstone metallic. Both incorrect. They later replied with an email saying "sorry the car is sold". If they can't identify their cars and respond in a proper manner to a customers who wants to know about their cars, maybe they should stay away from selling vehicles and not lie saying their car ... read more
Business response:
Sorry for your bad experience, our website automatically decodes options and like you we are human and are prone to making mistakes so our apologies that we didn’t catch if any features were not as you say the way they were described. Our cars sell extremely fast so the vehicle you were interested in was most definitely sold and nobody told you that it was only to avoid you. Please understand that before writing bad reviews.
Asked what the best price was they said 13000, I said the price was 12900 before, they said they knocked it down to 12600 but dealer fees makes it 13000. Dealer fees is just another way to say we can charge more . This is why ppl don’t like stealerships.
Business response:
Every dealership has a documentation fee and charges sales tax. We are an honest business and have sold thousands of cars throughout our history.
I've contacted them three times by phone and 4 times online. When I talked to "Iverson" a second time he told me he "just forgot" to get a value for my trade. I've been told I'll get a call back the next morning a few times. It's been three days since the last time I heard that. If this is how they neglect customers I can only image how neglected the vehicles must be.
