I have to start off with saying the staff and dentist have been wonderful to me . In June 2024 will be our 2 year anniversary . For some reason the LAB was able to make temporary dentures about a year and half ago but that person must of retired , moved or left the country because the LAB doesn’t seem to know how to make a permanent set of dentures for me . Avoid this office if you want your time to be valued... I had to visit this Tustin office twice before because of their unprofessional work behavior. And today, again I lost my valuable time including a wait time of 10 minutes, trips, totaling 38 minutes (7.9 miles). The staff contacted me and texted me once to remind me of my appointment. Upon arriving, I was informed that the doctor wasn't available and he had an emergency, I wasn't notified beforehand although they had enough time to inform me. This was a painful (because I had to get a root canal) yet Comforting experience! I showed up to my appointment on time— Fernando greeted me instantly. The staff could see I was in a great deal of pain and offered to assist with the new patient paperwork— they were able to get me examined immediately— every staff member and health care worker greeted me— when Dr. S came in, he was very pleasant, always asked about my pain and comfort level— he worked quickly with my root canal— I set up a do-able payment plan that would sati... read more

Came here on an emergency since i had been to GOLD COAST la habra before. I knew theyd have my patient x rays and record since id been to their franchise before. The only good thing was the assistants. Had wrong diagnosis done by Dr. Moshresfi. How do I know this? Went to the dentist I had been seeing a month ago and asked if I showed signs of needing root canal. He said NO. Totally neglected my discomfort clearly on wisdom teeth.
