Very easy to communicate and connect with. Explained process very well. ***** from claims was amazing. He helped me navigate through multiple issues with my wife's car. He walked me through everything, shared with me rationale as to how they work and what they could help me with. He even shared with me approaches to look out for to make sure the mechanic was truly taking care of me. ***** is very good at what he does and my family was fortunate to have him as our guy in claims and I do feel he would do anything he could to t... read more

I am so frustrated to have wasted money on this useless warranty. Despite the fact that we bought the most expensive bumper-to-bumper option, they have NEVER covered a single mechanical issue. I believe they covered 2 oil changes and even that wasnt easy. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in the past 2 years and every time we call them, not only is it a cumbersome process, it always turns out that that specific thing that we need happens to not be covered. What a coincidence! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

No cover what they promise when it start, basically I have to pay 80% of the total cost of the repair. Nothing good

Not worth ***** sounds great until you make a claim dont cover what they say. Not even the free oil change was free. There terrible every shop I went to said there horrible to work with. And coverage is just horrible will weasel out any way they can. But want ***** so insane never waste money on these warranties.

I had my vehicle ONE year before it was totaled. Used the warranty once. Paid over ***** for it. Contacted them about a partial reimbursement and they denied it. ************.

The day before the last day of our warranty period we were told by Gold Standard that we were good to file a claim the next day to replace our battery, which was covered by our contract. But the next day someone else at Gold Standard told us that our warranty had expired. This was in the middle of the day when there were still several hours before COB, close of business.
