Very easy to communicate and connect with. Explained process very well. ***** from claims was amazing. He helped me navigate through multiple issues with my wife's car. Does not stand behind warranty work, denied obvious repair, documents state its a covered issue but they refuse to do the warranty work. Jory, is extremely rude!
Bought a salvage title and was advised to get this warranty. A month later we had a hitch installed and they noticed a leak. We had it assessed and it should be covered. They refused because , in their opinion, it was preexisting. So, because they have an " opinion," they don't have to cover it. Of course that would be their opinion. They are not here to honor their warranty.
