I have never purchased a 3rd party warranty for ANYTHING, EVER! I always refuse because of previous experiences of my own or friends and familly. This was forced by the *********** Dealership that I bought my car at in *******. I am assuming that they are a one of a kind, special company because they went OVER and ABOVE to take care of EVERYTHING they said they would according to my contract. Very easy to communicate and connect with. Explained process very well. ***** from claims was amazing. He helped me navigate through multiple issues with my wife's car. He walked me through everything, shared with me rationale as to how they work and what they could help me with. Does not stand behind warranty work, denied obvious repair, documents state its a covered issue but they refuse to do the warranty work. Jory, is extremely rude!
