Very good customer service and they back up their commitments.I was nervous about buying their product when we bought my son a used truck but the truck had so many miles on at that I had to buy some peace of mind. The truck has had a few issues and Gold Standard has been there to help. Every. Single. Time.My truck has just passed its factory warranty so I called Gold Standard to get some extended warranty on MY vehicle. Sadly, they only sell through dealerships.

I was 3 hours from home, needed repair and to get vehicle to the suggested repair place. I was able to get enough info from customer service to reduce my anxiety and found there was coverage for towing & possibly for car rental if necessary! The results were actually better than Id expected and I was able to get repairs done & smoothly and efficiently.
This was my first call ever to Gold Standard as I needed help with a state inspection reimbursement. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. He explained the very simple process which took a total of 3 minutes. They are very easy to deal with.
