I was happy I had Gold Standard when the transmission on truck needed to be replaced just a couple of months after purchasing it. The staff is very helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Gold Standard when buying a used vehicle.
My husband and I purchased the biggest Gold Standard Warranty package that was offered when we purchased our vehicle. Gold Standard exhibits very timely communication when filing claims and ensures a smooth process. There were some disagreements at first when I filed a claim, but Gold Standard was quick to resolve these issues with the car dealership.
