I just used mine for the first time and it did greatly reduced my snoring, but my gums HURT and are red in four places where it rubbed, so I can't wear it tonight. Now I'm concerned I spent this money and can't use it. It worked great for one night.

Been a customer for almost a year now. 1. It works 99% of the time to prevent snoring. 2. It does take a little time to get used to. 3. Easy to clean and care for (just follow instructions). 4. I do tend to bite down on my tongue at times (clenched teeth). 5. Biggest negative - drool. Since my mouth is open and I am a side sleeper, seeps out the corner of mouth. Best tools to cure apnea,: after an adaptation period of one week, it works perfectly. Like many, I tried several tools before and never got fully satisfied.

It has worked for me. It can be a little uncomfortable, but I'm snoring considerably less now. My tongue can slip out during the night sometimes. I'm using it with a nose device also. I don't have sleep apnea - just snoring. I check my snoring with an app - SnoreLab - and most nights my snore level is zero. I have snored some on a few nights since I started using it over a month ago, but snoring is way down. So I'm satisfied and my wife is happy. Thanks!
