4.0 out of 5 stars It does work It does work - I can't say I love it, so I'll give it 4 stars, but that is just because there is an adjustment period of several nights and it does seem strange, at first. However, after a week, I am able to sleep with it just fine. My husband says it looks ridiculous and he's not wrong. I will say though, I just went on vacation and there was 3 of us in 1 room. I did not disturb anyone's sleep. Normally, it would have been a nightmare for them and a lot of complaining about my snoring in the ... read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Works Better Than My $6000 dollar Oral Appliance from the Dentist! This simple appliance is more comfortable and more effective than the two other custom made oral appliances I purchased from the Dentist for over $6000 dollars. My sleep apnea occurs because my tongue falls back into my throat while sleeping. The dental oral appliances pulls the chin forward to prevent the tongue from falling back. They work fine but cause pain to the jaw and move your teeth by pushing them back. I had to get braces to corr... read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Very helpful for some Not everyone benefits from this type of device or can wear it. It works for me helping to hold my tongue gently forward. I cannot wear other devices as they mess up my bite

5.0 out of 5 stars It works. I was desperate to avoid a CPAP machine, and between this and a nasal dilator, I can breathe all night and don't wake up gasping for air or with headaches anymore. I snore lightly occasionally, but it's nothing like before. A few things I see in complaints that I believe I can address... 1. If it doesn't stay on, read the directions more carefully. You can also reach out to the company for tips. There's a certain way to get the tip of your tongue to stay in there, and there's a certain way to get... read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Been using this for years - works for me Takes a little while to get used to the thing, but it works - at least for me. I don't have apnea, but I snore like a monster. Been using this for 3 or 4 years now. Way overpriced, which is frustrating, but it works.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better nights sleep and no dry mouth I’ve been using this product for a little over 2 months. I just ordered a second one for my travel bag. I used to wear a night guard to keep me from grinding my teeth but I no longer need it if I use the snore solution. It keeps my mouth closed and moist and helps me breathe thru my nose. I used to wake up several times during the nite to drink water which is not necessary when wearing the snore solution. I sleep alone except that sometimes when traveling I share a room... read more

5.0 out of 5 stars It truly works! I’ve been using this brand of tongue stabilizers for over 5 years. I buy one every year as they wear out. I’ve tried to switch to the cheaper imitation and they are flimsy and plastic. This is a thicker rubbery plastic. Fits day one in your mouth. You don’t have to soak or mold it. I will say it took my at least a month to wear it an entire night. Sometimes my tongue feels like I burnt it if it suctions too much to your tongue. Sometimes it makes me drool like a bull dog but that’s not all ... read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked for me Used to wake up feeling as though I had been run over by a large vehicle. I think my problem is my jaw is naturally small and recessed, tongue too big for my mouth and it falls into my throat while sleeping. I tried various products and hacks for years and FINALLY landed on a combination that works: 1) Good Morning Snore Solution, 2) elevating the head of my bed slightly with blocks, 3) sleeping on my side, 4) thick enough pillow to hold my head at least level-- head elevation is critical. I ... read more
