The underwriting process. A lot of back & forth on conditions that took too long to clear. At one point the file was suspended so I had to dig deeper to find proof on clearing some conditions in order to get the file conditionally approved. My AE was excellent and worked hard on my behalf to get the to CTC status , no complaints on that part.

Goody was very patient and helpful! This was my first loan (I have had 5 all in the same month go in) and as with any new process, there was a learning curve! Goody was more than willing to answer my 9 milliion questions and helped out with the UW when needed. Overall, from submission to closing, the process is user friendly! A definite 10 for that!
