Would very much appreciate it if the documents that I sent were actually opened and looked at. I had to resend multiple documents multiple times and then suggest that Goody actually scroll through them to get the information she requested.

Goody is amazing she is actually the most responsive ae I have, however we sat in limbo for many days actually weeks waiting on the ctc. It was not for the lack of Goody trying. Charles and his closing team are amazing too. Jake R is fabulous. The issues I have with Princeton come from underwriting. I feel the disclosure system is not easy for borrowers to navigate.
