This survey gave me the impression that it was just about my AE, Goody Waterhouse. I answered accordingly -- she's helpful, knowledgeable, always available and friendly. She's great! The Princeton complete experience however, was mediocre. I didn't like how not having a tax certification held up the file in underwriting.
