Brady Nelson, who works for Adam Graddy, was such a great help in finding our new home. He worked with our schedule and found good houses for us to look at. Ultimately we bought a new home. Brady answered all our questions or found the answers in a timely manner. We had a great buying experience working with Adam Graddy's team.

I have worked with numerous realtors in several different areas. Adam Graddy hands down knows this area if not the best in the Springfield Mo area, he is in the conversation of the best. He was with us through both a sale and purchase from our prior home in Washington Mo where he was extremely helpful in that process, he was with us with both a purchase and sale in the Springfield area. Adam was great to work with when I purchased my home. He was very knowledgeable about homes in the area and very efficient in getting all the details handled to get me into my home before Thanksgiving, for that I'm thankful!! If I ever decide to sell he will be the first person I call to list my house.

I appreciated Adam's honest evaluation of the home rather than a super coated version. He told me what was good/bad and what needed touched up before listing and I very much appreciated that. The house sold quickly and for what we asked.

Adam Graddy and his team were very responsive throughout the process of selling our home. He understands the market extremely well, which allowed him to price our home perfectly. He is willing to tell you the "hard truths" regarding what you need to do to sell your home and will do what he can to get top dollar for your home. He is an excellent negotiator, and was able to sell our home for full price.
